The 25th Annual Elizabeth 8K was a success. It took place on Saturday April 9th. It begins at the Hawthorne Recreation Center and as usual there was a nice crowd participating. I have done this race in the past but what made it different for me this year is that my son ran the race with me. This was his first time ever running an 8K and he did awesome. He completed the race in just over 50 minutes. I am so proud of him……
