This year I have been partial to ASICS. The main reason is because since I have been wearing my ASICS Gel Nimbus-11, I no longer have shin splints, heel spurs or knee pains. I no longer where a knee brace when I run either. Prior to these ASICS, I wore Mizunos. They were also great running shoes, but did not eliminate my body pains. Perhaps I was fitted improperly,,,who knows. But these ASICS have been my BFF this year, due to the superb fitting that I got from a rep at Run For Your Life in the Dilworth are of Charlotte. So,,,look what ASICS has in store for 2010. I hope the new comers are as great.
